Bryn Seion Welsh Church is a nondenominational Christian church dedicated to continuing worship, fellowship and singing in the Welsh tradition. We are located in Beavercreek, Oregon, which is just south of Oregon City and only about a 30-minute drive south from downtown Portland.

Immigrants from Wales built our church in 1884, just a few miles from the end of the mythic Oregon Trail. The settlers wanted to hold their services in the ancient Welsh language and sing the beautiful Welsh hymns they remembered from their homes.

Our unbroken tradition of worshiping and singing in the Welsh custom continues to this day. We invite you to join us in making a joyful noise unto the Lord and warmly welcome all who wish to enjoy the fellowship of God’s gifts with us.
